| Excellence in Manufacturing Operating from a purpose built 6,500 sq ft manufacturing facility in Barrow-In-Furness, Remploy Filters provides a complete range of soft filters, pre-filters, bag filters, pleated panel filters and media rolls. Utilising state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, we can provide mini and deep pleat HEPA filters and W form HEPA filters in both standard and bespoke sizes. A sophisticated mini pleat rotary pleater produces packs from 21mm – 150mm deep for maximum flexibility. Advanced in-house testing facilities include both hot and cold DOP testing and air velocity testing. In addition we operate a BS3928 test rig specifically for testing filters for the nuclear industry. Quality control is a priority and in addition to regular product testing we are accredited to ISO9001/2. |
