| Packing Specification These specifications cover the packing requirements for all Remploy Filters' Hepa filters. Deep Pleat Filters Standard 610 x 610 x 292 deep filters are individually packed in a custom made dual layer corrugated heavy duty carton. Filters smaller than 610 x 610 x 292 can also be packed in these cartons. Larger filters require customised wrap-round cartons. Mini Pleat Filters Standard 68mm deep mini pleat filters are generally packed singularly. As with deep pleat filters, a protection card panel is placed on each filter face. Polystyrene corners and chevrons are fitted around the filters and the complete package is shrink wrapped in heavy duty polythene. There is no outer card packing on these filters. All filters are packed in polythene wrap and double wall cardboard sheeting for protection, and labelled with customer details. |
