| HEPA Deep and Mini Pleat Filters These filters are generally for use in Clean Room and Clean Air Device applications. The efficiency range covers from 65% to 99.999% @ 0.3 microns. Accredited ISO 9000 - 9002 BS 5295 grades F6, 7, 8 and H10 to H14. Above H14, a separate specification sheet will be issued.
