| Remploy Supamini Pleat Filters Technical Specification FILTER CASING: 68mm extruded satin anodised aluminium sealed mitred corners with interlocking system for security and strength. MEDIA: Water repellent, flame retardant, anti-fungicide treated micro-glass medium. SEALANT: Media pack will be sealed to the casing on all four sides by polyurethane elastomer. GASKET SEAL: Each filter fitted with an EPDM self-adhesive gasket seal fitted to the outlet (clean) face of the filter (or dirty side, or both, if required). Mitred and sealed at each corner and finished with a sealed scarf join. GRILLS: Protection grill fitted and encapsulated by polyurethane sealant on each face and on all four sides. Grills manufactured from expanded mild steel, coated white. TESTING: The F6, 7 and 8, H10, 11 and 12 filters are visibly inspected to search for any imperfections or manufacturing damage. All H13 filters and above are scan tested with Hot Ondina (DOP equivalent). TOLERANCES: +0/-2mm and diagonals are equal to within 2mm. PACKING: A separate packing specification sheet covers the packing requirements. LABELLING: All filters are supplied with named labels attached; these can be Remploy Limited labels or bespoke to suit. SIZES: 150x150mm to 762x1830mm and 68mm deep. *Test certificates provided upon request. |
