| Varicell Filters Technical Specification Varicell construction features: (all data, performance, and part numbers based on actual filter size of 592 x 592 x 292mm). Galvanised steel cell sides with media retaining flanges and welded header. Varicell may be specified for either upstream or downstream service. SUPPORTED RIGID MEDIA PACK: Up to 14m2 of pleated media surface area. Maximum surface area provides savings in operating costs and also reduced pressure drop. MOISTURE RESISTANT: Ultrafine microglass fibre paper media. MEDIA SEPARATORS: Crimped aluminium. GLASS PACKING SEALANT: For media behind retaining flanges, absorbs shock yielding to motion, yet maintains a positive seal. Eliminates shearing of media common with glued construction. EFFICIENCY RANGES: Uperfine spun glass fibre pleated media, 60-65%, 80-85% 90-95%. UNAFFECTED BY VARIABLE AIR VOLUME: Well suited to various volume systems. OTHER SIZES AND CONSTRUCTION AVAILABLE: E.g. stainless steel high temperature model, no header frame. 150mm deep model and none standard sizes available on request. PERIPHERAL HEADER: Available in 20, 22 or 25mm with single or double header for extra support. RATED AIR VOLUME: 3400 m3/hour for a 592 x 592 x 292mm size. INITIAL RESISTANCE: F6:125pa, F7:138pa, F8:150pa, F9:163pa, H10-180pa. FINAL RESISTANCE: F6:300pa, F7:325pa, F8:350pa, F9:375pa, H10-400pa. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE: 250°C |
